The Life on Linea contest invites both users and builders to share their best content across social media, showcasing your favorite parts of onchain life on Linea. At the end of each week, participants can win a share of the weekly 2.5 ETH prize pool, awarded based on the number of votes they receive from curators. In this blog, we’ll share how you can increase your chances of winning a share of the weekly prize pool by 20%. Get instant rewards by sharing your content as an NFT

Boost your Life on Linea contest votes

To receive a 20% bonus on the total number of votes your post will get from curators, you must mint your submission as an NFT drop on Linea on Phosphor.xyz and include the Phosphor link in your post’s caption on socials.

Receive a share of the mint fees

Additionally, for every one of your NFTs that are minted, you will automatically receive 45% of the mint fees paid by collectors (0.000111 ETH on Linea, around $0.30). So share the claim link widely to your network!

Compete in collecting the most NFTs to win Phosphor’s “Collector Prize Pool”

Your NFT and all the others created as part of the contest will appear on Phosphor Feed where collectors can discover and mint them. For each mint, we are setting aside the remaining 55% of the mint fee and we are going to redistribute this pool of funds to the most active collectors. If you want a chance to win a share of the reward pool, while also supporting your fellow Life on Linea contestants, mint as many drops as you can!

How to easily share your content as an NFT on Phosphor.xyz

Step 1: Create content

Create content (see guidelines) representing your submission for either "Life on Linea" or "Build on Linea". If you intend on submitting it as an NFT on Phosphor, make sure the file size is less than 50MB.

Step 2: Sign up on Studio.Phosphor.xyz (desktop only)

Step 3: Select the “Your Life on Linea” Recipe

Step 4: Upload your content and details

1. Select your content, either “Life on Linea” or “Build on Linea”. Not sure? Read this

2. Give a title to your NFT or leave the default option

3. Upload your media file (JPG, PNG, GIF, MP4 formats are recommended). The file should be less than 50MB. If you upload a video, you will be asked to also upload a thumbnail image.

4. Important: add the wallet address where you would like to receive your creator payout, i.e. 45% of the mint fees paid by collectors of your NFT.

Step 5: Share your original content on social media, including Phosphor claim link
Share as as post on X, Youtube, Instagram, Warpcast, TikTok or LinkedIn and include the Phosphor claim link in your social post’s caption

Step 6: Share on Discord
Share the link to your post on the above social platform in the appropriate Discord channel:

• Life on Linea Channel for user-focused content and submission in the Life on Linea contest.

• Build on Linea Channel for developer-focused content and submission in the Build on Linea contest.

Note: To access the above Discord channels, you must first verify on guild.xyz/linea to be assigned the Life on Linea Ambassador and/or Build on Linea Ambassador Discord roles.
